7. Some Parts are Downright Poisonous
Be aware that the stems, branches, and leaves of the potato plant are poisonous. Even though you don’t eat those parts, it is a bit disconcerting.
The eyes, or sprouts, of potatoes are also poisonous, so be very careful to remove any sprouts fully before eating a potato.
